If you’re a new member or haven’t attended our annual meeting in the past, you’ll find this to be an enjoyable and informative event. You’ll renew acquaintances, learn what the ARR has been doing on your behalf, and hear from some terrific speakers. Our meeting venue is a very comfortable facility, is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking available.

Our speaker lineup should be of interest to all of you. Included this year are two speakers from Raytheon, Dr. Ellen Ferraro, and William Tice. Dr. Ellen Ferraro is Chief Engineer for Integrated Communication Systems (ICS) in Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems business unit. Her prior position was Director, Research and Technology, Advanced Technology at Integrated Defense Systems. William (Bill) Tice is the Director, Modernization & Innovation, Operations at Integrated Defense Systems. Bill had oversight of the new radar development facility recently built at the Andover plant, which will support the integration and test of a new generation of radars including the U.S. Navy’s AN/SPY-6 integrated air and missile defense radar. Our other speaker is Dave Caruso, president of Coastal Capital Group, specializing in personal and business financial planning.

In addition to our guest speakers, your ARR directors will discuss organization status, benefits and provide a summary of our recent meeting with Raytheon Company Pension Fund Managers. Check our web site (www.raytheonretirees.org) for further details. Guests are welcome so if you haven’t joined the ARR yet, here’s your opportunity.
