      I am trying to determine the usefulness of this group for current employees that are considering long-range retirement plans. If you are interested in discussions and information sharing about the Raytheon non-contributory pension plan please respond on this topic.

      From what I’ve seen, there is no participation in this group. What am I missing?

      It appears to me that retirees are participating in the Facebook groups rather than here. I am not retired but was looking to exchange ideas and questions with others who are recently retired or thinking about it. Unfortunately, from what I’ve seen the Facebook group discussions focus on handling the bureaucracy of post-retirement rather than planning for retirement.
